Lakewood Systems is a high-tech, private Canadian company which was established in 1978. The company's head office is located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Lakewood's dataloggers are used by engineers, scientist, consultants and instrumentation technicians. The information gathered by Lakewood's dataloggers can be quickly and easily graphed or tabulated by Lakewood's IBM-PC based software. Lakewood's dataloggers are compatible with desktop or laptop PC's and can communicate direct via RS-232 or telephone (including cellular) modems.
After specializing in dataloggers for 20 years, Lakewood has expanded its product line to over 300 items. Many of its products are unique and can provide continuous data recording for up to 5 years between battery changes while operating at temperatures ranging from -40 deg./C to +70 deg./C. Data collected by Lakewood dataloggers can be certified and traced to National Standards.
Lakewood Systems markets its products through a network of representatives and resellers worldwide with some of its data sheets available in other languages. The company also makes a special effort to accommodate other manufacturers who integrate Lakewood devices into their main product lines. |
